1. Return Eligibility

Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or purchase receipt is required for all return or replacement requests.


2. Quality-Related Returns

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must:

  • Submit an uncut unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Product packaging
    • Product condition
    • Any visible damage or defects

Failure to provide the required unboxing video may result in rejection of the return request.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Accessories
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused after delivery

4. Return Process

Step 1

Step 2

Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

Step 3

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Step 4

Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address shared by our support team.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect products.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product or size is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
  • Approved exchanges and replacements are usually completed within 7 business days.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Defective product
    • Damaged product
